Why Didn't I Get Some?

So to start my story off. I was cutting fruit for the next day and the boys got some but because Kyleigh was in pj's and just had a bath I didn't want her eating cause she would make a mess right. Well Branden used a spoon and ate the red out of the end of the watermelon and then threw the end away. I wasn't watching and who took it out of the trash and decides to eat it herself....... None other than MISS KYLEIGH!!!!
Full Face Action!!!
Guess I have to open a little wider to get something!
Mmmmmmmm..............
In for the kill!!!!!

Gotta love this little girl!!!

Fun things!

Austin was awarded at school a citizenship award. We are sure proud of him!
Kyleigh eating homemade bagel pizzas. Guess her's was a little too cheesy. She was funny trying to get the cheese string to end!!!
Notice who's boys names are at the top of the pack!!! Yeah..... the Keetch boys!!! Austin was officially the first person, 2nd year in a row, to complete the mini marathon at school 26.2 miles!!! Kaden the 3rd!!! They have both continued running and Austin has now doubled that!!! Way to go boys!!!
My sweet little innocent princess right!!!! NOT!!!! She has discovered my lipstick and has been determined to get it every time Dad lets her in our bathroom. So this is what I find. Of course she knows she is in trouble, hence all the tears. I had to get at least 1 picture of her beautiful lipstick face before cleaning her up!!!
Little girls are for being cute with bows right??? Well the few picture I have of her with her hair actually done look like this!!! She is being bashful for the camera!!! But this is proof to those who thought I would never put real bows in her hair!!!
Mmmmmmmm........ strawberries!!!! She begs for them now!!!
Yep... That's my little stinker girl!

A Little Family Time

The boys have been in football this season and Jared is coaching Kaden's team and so this has become the new cool thing in the house to use all the football flags! For a little family fun the guys, and Kyleigh went out and had a little football game and then played bulldog! Kyeligh loved wearing the football flags!
Jared trying to get through the line of boys trying to get his flag!
And a good game was had by all!!! Nothing but smiles!

Kyleigh had a little harder time getting through the line without having her flag gotten. She would cry every time they took her flag so this is Dad helping her out a little! We had a little after game treat!! As many of you know that is how the game works at this age. Play and then you get a treat!!! Ha Ha!! Branden being a silly monster!Kaden showing off how messy he can be!!! On purpose!!!Now if that isn't the cutest thing you have ever seen!!! We stared off just letting her take a lick off of ours cause she is so messy and she didn't like that so we let her hold it and tried to get it back and she cried and cried so to say the least she ended up with her very own cone and loved every last lick and bite of it!!! Now we know what she expects in the future!!!!

Who do you think is ruler in this house!???

House Stuff!

We have been blessed with tons of help around the house since I was down for a month. Grandma Gould came over and helped clean a really neglected and messy house. She let Kyleigh help her vacuum which she loved. When it came time to mop the floor Grandma discovered that Jared broke the mop in trying to clean so it meant hand washing the floor. Not a small task I must say. Kyeligh grabbed a rag and decided to help Grandma out!!! They were quite the pair!!! Thanks Grandma for cleaning for us!!!! We appreciate it!
The two little ones having lunch on the back porch. Kyleigh think she is such a big girl sitting at that table!!
Jared decided to revamp the lawn mower to accommodate the kids. He rigged this up and now they mow the lawn Austin 9 and Kaden 7 now fight over who gets to mow the backyard cause it is bigger!!! If only we kept this kind of excitement throughout life we would all feel really special!! The problem is now if they can't mow the lawn, Jared and I will have to lean over a ton to be able to mow!!!
Not often that Kyleigh falls asleep anywhere but her crib or being rocked to sleep in someones arms but I guess I tested her to the limits this day. She just laid down and fell asleep. Poor thing!!! It sure was cute though!!

Eggstra Special Weekend!

Here is a picture of my crazy girl. Hair standing straight up! We had a special weekend with Grandma Mattson here to help out Mom while she was down from surgery. The kids all built a fort with her and obviously you can see how much Kyleigh has enjoyed it!
Austin was making a special Easter poster for the wall. Everyone had to decorate an egg to hang with it. Branden is hard at work with coloring his egg. I failed to take a picture of the finished product. Sorry Austin!
Dad out hiding eggs in the backyard for the Easter egg hunt! He was having a little too much fun with this!
The boys with Grandma Mattson waiting for the egg hunt to start!
Kyleigh showing off the newest of fashions!!! Footie PJ"S, moon boots, and a winter coat!!! Now that is Fashion!!! The young kids got a head start and were having tons of fun looking to find the next egg!
Checking out all the loot and finding what is in the eggs. Too many yummy treats.
Kyleigh eating a ring pop. This didn't last long cause she got it everywhere!!!! And I mean everywhere!!!!! Glad Dad was on patrol for that one!!!

We really enjoyed our Easter of 2010. Grandma Mattson stayed and cooked us a fantastic Easter meal!!! Thanks Grandma!!! We really enjoyed having her and hopefully didn't send her home worn out!!!

The week prior to this we were also lucky enough to have Grandma Keetch come help out too and the kids shot off rockets and played all kinds of special Grandma Legos!! Thanks Grandma Keetch!!! We appreciate all the help!
