March... In Like a LAMB Out Like a LION!!!!!

Traditionally March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb. Being the last couple of days it is no longer true. At about 1:30am we hear this huge noise, other than the wind, and looked out the window to this view.... Our neighbors trampoline. This tramp won't be jumped on anymore due to it's new mangled existence. This flew over the fence and hit the side of the porch at the top almost the roof top. It took a huge pole size chunk out of trim piece on the side. Guess we have a little repair work to do!!!!

But hey for the Keetch's out there who helped build the porch and roof it... we know now more than ever that it is as stout as can be!!!!

Too Cute To Post Only One!!!

Okay being this is my first year with a girl at Easter time I am finding too many fun dresses!!! This is so fun! I had to take a picture of her since at church most people only see the blanket that is covering all these cute things that she wears. I couldn't pick between the two pics to post so what do you know you get both of them!!!
Kyleigh on this picture day is officially 6 months old!!! She is still not doing anything except the typical baby things eat, cry, diapers, sleep you know the drill. However, she just recently learned to hold toys so this is exciting for us but still no rolling or anything really fun like that. We took her in for her well baby and they say she is 30% for height and 75% for weight. Perfect combo short and chubby...!!!!!!!!!! How did that happen????????? That's okay we lover her anyways hopefully she will start growing again. Two months ago she was in the 75% for height! We are still battling with the solid food thing. Doc says to wait her out until she is really hungry and make her eat. Easier said than done. I just wish one doctor would actually come and spend a day at our house even if just for a few hours!!! Anyways enough said. Just wanted to show off my Beautiful Little Girl!!!

Gardening and Busy Days!

The kids have been having fun with the warm weather on the way and they know that we always plant a garden. We decided that we would actually start our own plants in the house instead of buying them this year. We also found that this marks off some of Austin's cub scout stuff so this is just a bonus. This is Austin video taping Kaden taking pictures. Man, you give the kids a camera and they just have so much fun!!!We are preparing and marking out pots to make sure we know what plant is what. We started tomatoes, onions, and petunias. Yes, I know we could start the onions outside. I found that out after I planted them!
Kyleigh was enjoying a little time in the sun. I am shocked she wasn't complaining about the sun shining in her eyes. I think she was enjoying a new view!!!
Branden was a little too tired from our day of running around and do some coupons shopping.

This was a great find for the day. (We didn't find out until after we printed and got the Pace that the coupons were accidentally printing for people. They are legit coupons but everyone was not suppose to be getting them. Opps.....) Anyways 12 free things of pace salsa. Crackers and cheese for under like $10.00 which is a steal. I can't remember the actual amount right now. Oh.. and don't forget the free box of Knox geletin!! The boys are really getting excited about coupons shopping. I am not sure if it cause there are 3 local stores and they all offer free kids cookies or if they just really enjoy getting a good deal with mom?!!!! They did get lunch on mom since we were on the go!!! That's always fun!

Back to the Family

I guess that having the kids out of school for 3 weeks is starting to get to them!!! This is their new form of entertainment. Kyleigh in Austin's glasses. I'm sure she though that things got a little blurry there for a minute. She sure is cute even in glasses!!!!
She looks like she is ready to start working right now.

The Deals Just Keep Getting Better!

This particular purchase was just a small sample of how many I got. These 12 packages of crackers cost .25 each then I used a $3.00 reward I got from my bottom purchase and paid only $.18 cents out of pocket for all 12 packages!!!!!! Now this is food I can afford to buy!!
Okay other deal. Albs this week has their Kraft promotion. I got all of the above and paid $3.55. Yes, that's all!!! I had to buy $25 worth of product and then they automatically took off $10.00 then I had $15 left to pay then they had coupons at the store for $1.00 off the meat, and I had a $.75 off the bars, and $.60 off the pudding. Then I used another $10.00 from a previous register reward (that I got from the diapers) and that took me down to my total of $3.55 and that was with tax!

I love all of these good deals. It sure makes you feel good and even better at least this was stuff that I had to get anyways and was actually healthy for my family! Wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even Greater Deal

Okay so I posted on my great deal but.... if you go to The Caregivers Marketplace website they will give me an additional $.75 per package of diapers purchased just because I am caring for someone!!!! Free money I like that!!! I also purchased some medication and was able to use my register rewards on that and they also gave me another 2.00 for that one so they were both free!!!

Great Deal!!!!

Thanks to the pinching your pennies site I have been able to save lots of money!!! I am so grateful for those who spend their time finding the deals so that I can take advantage of them. I was able to get 5 pkg of diapers and 5 large pkg baby wipes for all of the equivalent of $14.00 out of pocket after register rewards. I also hear but don't know for sure that Walgreen's register rewards can be used at Albertsons! So that's how people get free stuff and lower their total grocery price! Yahoo... for a great way to start the day!!!!

Playing Wii

I had a friend ask me to pick up a Wii item that she got on her porch cause she wouldn't be home. The boys saw the package and asked what it was so I told them and then they persisted to say how much they wanted a Wii. (Game console- for those of you like me who don't know what it is!) Austin had a left over Walmart gift card but it just wasn't enough money. They begged and I said guess you will have to save your money. They all went home and got their piggy banks and had them dumped on the floor. They counted and counted and asked if it was enough. They were able to combine all the money they had and the gift card and it ended up being enough for them to get a whole bundle package with all the fun things! These are some pictures of Kaden and a friend boxing together. They are so involved in the whole punching thing. If you enlarge the pictures one of them Kaden has his tongue half out, like he does when he is deep in thought. Notice the legs up and standing on tippy toes!!! Wow.... so involved in the game!!!
I am not a big game person but I have to admit that the Wii is actually kind of fun even for adults. Not that I have much time to play!! It was certainly fun for the boys to get something of their own that they really want. Well of course now they are broke so they are trying to do as many jobs as they can to earn something extra. They are really wishing that the snow would come back so they can shovel neighbors out for a price!!!!
