We went out to Jared's brothers house to help then perform a few things on the bull's here!!! Ya, you'll see soon enough.
This was Kyleigh's front and center seat to watch all the action!!! Notice barrette's are currently in place at this point.
Jared his Dad and his brother all working hard to keep the bull in his place. They are showing him who is boss by castrating him and taking away his manhood!!! I tell you, this is the way to teach your kids about body parts without having all the awkwardness!!!!

This is the official brand right after it happened. The smell of burnt hair is never all that pleasant.
Well all the work on the steers was done so the grown men decided to have a little game of chicken. I guess my husband still has it in him. He took down his little bro!!!
This is about as close as Kyleigh will get to riding a horse for some time. She seemed to be content and enjoyed the ride. Nothing like being with Dad. Didn't take long for the barrettes to come out did it?
Well we grew beets this year and wanted to let them get big so we could freeze them and have more but we never expected this one. The others are not even close to this big but it would not even fit in a cereal bowl. We at the whole thing for dinner tonight. Mmmmm... guess I would still prefer the taste of the smaller ones!!! Too bad the fair wasn't still going cause we could have submitted this one!!!!
