Jared went on a backpacking trip with some guys from work. He has been collecting backpacking supplies for some time now and after Christmas and his Birthday he was able to get enough things to make it worth the hike. Of course we have to thank these guys for the pictures cause we all know Jared doesn't take picture at all!!! (Not sure that I would trust the camera with him anyways!)
This was their camp for a few nights and they took day trips from here.
They went and visited many different lakes in the area. I think these are the Yellow Pine mountains.
I need Jared here to say if this was one of the peaks or not but it sure is beautiful!!
This was just them on the trail on the way back out. They all had a great time. He came home rejuvenated and ready for more. He has since been riding his bike to work and home for the last 4 weeks now. That was to keep him ready for his Mt. Borah trip. Once I get pics I will add those too.

Looks like they had a great time. Richard and Trent just got back from a father-son trip with our boys. You should have Jared and your boys hike with them next time. I think they would love it.
