Austin's Big Day!!

Austin's was given an award at school for academics. We are so proud of him and the things he has been able to do this year!!
This was the last day of school for the 2008 year. He just got done receiving his award and we are saying good bye to him for the day. He had a fun day planned. They had a Merry Grinchmas Party.

After his party they were able to have a parent or other come in to do Gingerbread houses. Mom was busy with Kyleigh and Dad was a work so Austin invited Uncle Mark to come to the school to make a cool creation. He was so excited to be able to have him come and be a part of that. This was the back view of the house. I see lots and lots of gumdrops!!
This is the front view. I guess Uncle Mark had the idea of the porch and Austin said that once everyone saw it they had to copy it to their houses. So he was quite proud of "their" good idea!!! Thanks Uncle Mark for going with Austin he really enjoyed that time with you!!
