
I really did have good intentions this year of making actual gingerbread and cutting a pattern for a house and doing all that "Martha" stuff. That just does not look like it is in the cards. So the kids went to Lowe's and did a wood house. This was far more fun for them using tools and such so I am glad they didn't miss out. Dad was nice enough to wait for them to do it at the store. Especially when he wasn't expecting any projects to be available!

This is their finished product. I thought the aprons were just a really cute extra!!! I plan to do sugar cookies later in the week for them to have some form of finger licking fun for the season of candy and goodies.

You're a busy poster! Hope Branden calmed down for you today! Glad they got to do the houses at Lowes, they are realy cute and the lights and the tree and everything in between--why is December so busy!! I guess we do it to ourselves.
